Operator and participation

WEALTHERNAL is operated independently by Ruhlan Jafarli in Baku, Azerbaijan, with no registered legal entity. Participation is personal, invitation-only and limited to adults aged 18 or older. Invitations are issued only to individually selected participants after their eligibility, including any relevant local requirements, has been reviewed. This beta is not an open international offering. Use the invited email, complete genuine verification and protect your credentials. Do not transfer links, create accounts for another person or bypass admission limits. The first approved release has at most five new external adults; increasing it requires a separate decision and capacity review.

Your content and conduct

You retain your content rights and grant only the permission needed to store, process, display, transmit and recover your content for the features and audiences you select. Share only material you may lawfully share. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, expose private information unlawfully, infringe rights, distribute malicious files, spam, defeat privacy controls or use the beta for unlawful transactions or misleading ownership, valuation or endorsement claims. Connections, groups and enabled calls use the supported consent controls. Do not record or redistribute private communications without appropriate permission.

Experimental service and financial information

Features may fail, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Capacity and feature gates apply. Demonstrations do not establish reliability at scale, certification, regulatory compliance or end-to-end encryption. Portfolio, market and valuation displays are informational: they do not establish legal ownership or provide investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Verify important information independently. Do not rely on this beta for emergencies, time-critical transactions or guaranteed preservation.

Safety, requests and ending participation

The founder manually reviews deliberately submitted reports and account-help requests. Supported actions may limit access or pause a feature. A visible status is not proof of an action until its result is verified. You may stop using the beta and request deletion. Fulfillment requires identity confirmation and may require shared-ownership decisions. The operator distinguishes actual deletion, withdrawal, recipient copies, tombstones, retained audits and recovery copies. Closing a case or signing out does not erase the account. The Privacy Notice describes the current retention and recovery limits.

Charges, changes and legal limits

This private beta requests no payment and does not authorize a future charge or marketing subscription. Future paid services or materially different terms require a separate notice and decision. Features may change to correct defects or protect participants. Required acceptance records the actual version and time, without backfilling existing users. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. For questions or formal account requests, contact support@wealthernal.com. Applicable mandatory rights and legal requirements depend on the circumstances and cannot be waived by this notice. The operator’s location alone does not determine which laws apply or settle any dispute. No arbitration agreement or jurisdiction-specific waiver is implied. Participant-country eligibility is assessed before an invitation is issued.
