Terms

Draft — private alpha. This page describes the arrangement as it currently stands. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, it is not a complete agreement, and the contracting legal entity is not yet stated. Final terms will replace it before WEALTHERNAL is offered beyond this invite-only alpha.

What this is

WEALTHERNAL is early software in a closed, invitation-only alpha. It is offered as-is, to a small number of invited people, so that it can be tested with real use. It is not a finished product and access may be interrupted or withdrawn while it is being built.

Not financial advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. WEALTHERNAL records what you tell it and displays market prices from a third-party source where they are available. It does not recommend, value, rate or appraise anything, and it does not execute transactions of any kind. Decisions you make about your assets are yours alone.

About the figures you see

  • Market prices carry the name of their source and the time they were observed. Where a figure is no longer current, it is marked as such rather than quietly refreshed.
  • Where live market data is unavailable, the product says so. It does not substitute an estimate.
  • Anything shown as demonstration data is labelled as such, and is placeholder content — not a statement about your wealth.
  • Amounts you enter for your own holdings are recorded exactly as you enter them. They are not verified, and the product does not appraise them.

Your account

Your invitation is personal to you. Do not share your credentials or pass your access to someone else. Keep the details you provide accurate, and tell the operator if you believe your account has been accessed by anyone else.

Back up anything you care about

This is alpha software. Please do not treat it as the only record of anything important to you.

Not yet settled

Deliberately absent from this page, because stating them before they are decided would be worse than leaving them open: the identity of the contracting entity, the governing law and forum, the ownership and licensing position, and the limits of liability and warranty. These are being resolved with professional advice and will appear in the final terms.
