Draft — private alpha. This page describes how the software currently behaves. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, it is not a complete privacy notice, and the operating legal entity is not yet stated. A final notice will replace it before WEALTHERNAL is offered beyond this invite-only alpha.
WEALTHERNAL is in a closed, invitation-only alpha. Access is granted individually and there is no public sign-up. This page describes what the software does with the information you give it, as of this build.
There is no avatar or image upload. No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts run in the product.
Your records are readable only by your own account. This is enforced in the database itself, by row-level security evaluated against your verified session on every single query — not by a check in the user interface that could be bypassed. There is no sharing feature, no public profile, and no way for another user to view your holdings.
During the alpha, the operator can access the underlying database for support and maintenance.
The database and the authentication service are provided by Neon. Live market prices, when enabled, are requested by our server from a market data provider — your browser never contacts that provider, and no information about you is sent to it.
The complete list of service providers and the basis for any international transfer of data are not yet settled and will be stated in the final notice.
Deliberately absent from this page, because stating them before they are decided would be worse than leaving them open: the identity and jurisdiction of the operating entity, how long data is kept, the legal bases relied on, and the process for exercising your rights over your data. These are being resolved with professional advice and will appear in the final notice.
In the meantime, ask the person who invited you — they are the operator of this alpha — if you want your account and its records deleted.
